Residence hall and apartment renovations consist of campus-wide undergraduate residence hall infrastructure modernization and enhanced finish-type interior renovations to rooms, common areas, and lounges, along with apartment renovations for graduate student, faculty and senior faculty clientele.
The residential portfolio consists of over 5,700 apartment-level units across 149 buildings and an additional 6,000 dormitory beds across 23 undergraduate residence halls and brownstones on the Morningside Campus. The team develops and delivers high-quality projects to enhance the student and faculty living experience.
