The teams within Planning and Capital Project Management and Manhattanville Development Group provide the highest quality architectural, engineering, planning, project management, cost control, and construction-related services. These departments oversee all aspects of the construction of new facilities and ensure that the highest architectural and engineering standards are maintained.
This includes oversight of the budget, schedule, design, construction and regulatory compliance of all major construction projects, while serving as the main point of contact for University leadership, funding clients, end users, project stakeholders and outside contractors and consultants.
