The 31 residential apartments at 44 Morningside Drive provide housing for Columbia University faculty and graduate students. Renovations included the replacement of the exterior roof, restoration of the building's facade and parapets, a new cornice, complete interior renovations, and the addition of a new elevator.
This project was completed in 2003.
