John Jay Lounge was refreshed to improve the overall look and ambience of the space. The scope of work included new and refurbished millwork, new and refurbished lighting including controls to allow for daylight harvesting, new radiator covers, IT work, acoustical treatments including carpet tile, sustainable enhancements to the existing HVAC system, accessibility upgrades to entry doors, and new furnishings.
This project was complete in October 2021.
