Summer 2025 Construction Projects

June 17, 2025

Each summer, Facilities and Operations takes advantage of the warm weather and reduced campus population to complete projects that can only take place during this quieter time of year.

Similar to previous years, Facilities and Operations is embarking on a wide range of projects, including residence hall upgrades, façade safety repairs, elevator modernizations, and more. Highlights of the improvements taking place are outlined below for summer projects and ongoing renovations in alphabetical order by building.

If you have questions or concerns about any construction project taking place this summer, please call the Columbia University Facilities Services Center, 24 hours a day, seven days a week at (212) 854-2222 or e-mail [email protected] (emails are responded to during regular business hours).
