Facilities and Operations is performing a repair and restoration of the cast iron/metal entrance gate and iron fencing at Wien Courtyard. The scope of work includes the off-site restoration and repair of the gate and adjacent fencing; reinstallation of finished and restored gates, fence, and locking mechanism; and repair of damaged sidewalk, curbs, masonry wall and columns, and paving.
Anticipated completion: Spring/Summer 2022
