What is Happening
Columbia University is constructing a temporary open space on Site 4 of the Manhattanville campus, located at the corner of 125th Street and 12th Avenue. Columbia University is pleased to provide this temporary open space for public use. The temporary space will include paved pathways, grass, plantings, and fixed seating, and work is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2026, weather permitting.
What to Expect
- Regular work hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Expect noise and other impacts typically associated with construction projects.
