Facilities and Operations completed exterior repairs at the Studebaker Building, including terra cotta replacement, parapet reconstruction, masonry repairs, and a full roof replacement to correct damage and ongoing leaks, which will begin once the façade repairs are complete. This work represented the first significant exterior project at the building in 14 years.
