About the Project
Interior and exterior repairs were performed in River Hall, a residence building for undergraduate students located at 628 W. 114th Street, during the summer of 2024. This project refreshed all bedrooms, common rooms, and public spaces with new lighting, flooring, electrical upgrades, open-style kitchen cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and more. Exterior work included façade repairs in accordance with the NYC Department of Building’s Façade Inspection and Safety Program, concrete slab repairs in the courtyard; fence replacements on the west and east elevations; and window replacements.
This project was completed in August 2024.
