Manhattanville Market is a multi-concept food hall in the Jerome L. Greene Science Center at Columbia’s Manhattanville campus developed by renowned Chef Franklin Becker.
The food hall includes Chef Chris Scott’s Butterfunk Biscuit for biscuit sandwiches, and three restaurants from Chef Becker: Benny Casanova’s, specializing in Sicilian pizza; Shai Hummusiya, serving Mediterranean and Israeli cuisine; The Botanist, offering salads made from greens grown on site; and Oliva, a full-service tapas restaurant, on the upper level.
