Facilities and Operations completed required parking garage repairs at the International Affairs Building in accordance with the NYC Department of Building’s Local Law 126 Periodic Inspection of Parking Structures safety program. The scope of work included repairs to the concrete structural slab at the west end of the garage, hairline concrete cracks throughout the garage, vertical concrete masonry wall on all four elevations of the garage, and replacement of the plumbing drain.
