The Center for Theoretical Physics

Open collaboration space with white high-top tables and stools and neutral-colored lounge chairs and couches. A staircase is in the center of the space.

The Physics Theory Center includes the renovation of approximately 5,400 square feet of the eastern portions of the 8th and 9th floors of Pupin Hall to accommodate the emergent needs of the Theoretical Physics Department. With the repurposing of the former 8th floor library space, the new center provides a modernized space for interaction and collaboration among theorists.

The Center was completed in 2015.
