The Phase 2 Below-Grade project consists of approximately 225,000 square feet of space supporting the Columbia Business School, central loading dock facility, and shell space for future campus support. This below-grade expansion connects with the Jerome L. Greene Science Center and Lenfest Center for the Arts to allow for a shared loading dock and materials distribution and enables connections to future buildings. The anticipated completion date for this project is December 2021.
